RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At LJ Automotive, we want our customers to be satisfied with their purchase. If you need to return an item, please review the conditions below.
Return Window
Customers have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet all of the following conditions:
• The product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
• The protective plastic film on the CarPlay screen must not be removed
• No wires, cables, or connectors may be damaged or modified
• The item must be returned in the original packaging and shipping box
• The packaging must not be damaged or missing
If any of the above conditions are not met, the return may be refused.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure the product arrives safely.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds may not be issued if:
• The product has been used or installed
• The protective film has been removed from the screen
• Wires or connectors have been damaged
• The original packaging is missing or significantly damaged
