Delivery & Tracking

When your LJ Automotive order ships, we email you the tracking number and a direct link to your courier. You do not need to enter anything on this website.

1 Watch for the shipping confirmation email from LJ Automotive.
2 Your tracking number is in that email. It is selectable, so you can copy and paste it.
3 Tap Track Your Delivery to open your courier’s official tracking page. That is DHL, An Post, or whichever carrier actually has your parcel.

What if there is no button?

If the email includes a tracking number but no button, copy the number and enter it on the courier’s official website. We never invent a tracking link.

When does tracking go live?

Couriers collect and scan parcels on working days only, Monday to Friday. If your order was packed on a weekend or bank holiday, updates usually start on the next working day.

Can't find the email?

Check spam for a message about your order being on its way. Still stuck? Send us your order number and we’ll look it up.
