SEAT Altea 5P Apple CarPlay & Android Auto Upgrade
The standard Altea, listed to 2012.
The Altea 5P is listed for 2004–2012. That is the shorter Altea, not the Altea XL. It is a tall PQ35 MPV with a different dash from a Leon. Order from this page only after you have matched your factory stereo to the bolted RNS/RCD photos.
Both radios include wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto and a CANBUS decoder. They replace the factory radio. They are not add-on modules.
Why upgrade a Altea 5P?
Altea owners bought space. A wireless screen is the easiest cabin upgrade: maps for family trips, music without a cable, and a fresher centre stack. The XL page is next door if your car is the long one.

Product options
These are the two existing LJ Automotive radios, not new products. RAM is working memory. More RAM generally helps the radio keep maps, music and other apps open together. We do not promise a specific speed or frame rate.
4GB RAM / 64GB
The usual middle choice. On the 7-inch radio the 4GB options include a reverse camera. On the 9-inch radio 4GB is sold with or without a camera.
6GB RAM / 128GB
The highest option we sell. Both radios include a reverse camera on the 6GB variants. Choose this if you want more working memory and storage.
USB-C versus Dual USB
On the 7-inch radio you can pick Dual USB or USB-C + USB. That is about the physical ports, not CarPlay. Phone linking is wireless on both radios.

Wireless CarPlay, Android Auto and CANBUS
Both radios support wireless Apple CarPlay and wireless Android Auto. You do not need a USB cable to connect your phone.
CANBUS is included. Steering-wheel controls can work after the correct setting is selected. Factory park-distance graphics are not promised.
Reverse camera options
Not every option includes a camera. The aftermarket camera supplied with camera options is compatible with the radio it comes with.
We cannot guarantee that a factory reverse camera or parking sensors will work on the new radio. Fitting a camera may involve working with your car's wiring. If you are not confident, use a qualified mechanic or auto electrician.

Yes, on both radios.
Will steering-wheel buttons work?
