2GB RAM / 64GB
The entry option. On the 7-inch radio it is available with Dual USB or USB-C + USB, and it does not include a reverse camera.
Volkswagen 2010–20132H
An early Amarok pickup, listed to 2013 only.
The Amarok (2H) is listed for 2010–2013. That is the first interior, not the later facelift with a different centre stack. A pickup dash is not a Golf dash. Commercial trucks often kept a plainer stereo, so the photo check matters even inside those years.
Both radios include wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto and a CANBUS decoder. They replace the factory radio. They are not add-on modules.
Amarok owners want maps for sites and a camera for a tail that sits a long way behind you. Wireless Android Auto and CarPlay keep the phone out of the way of work gear. You keep the pickup and replace only the stereo.
These are the two existing LJ Automotive radios, not new products. RAM is working memory. More RAM generally helps the radio keep maps, music and other apps open together. We do not promise a specific speed or frame rate.
The entry option. On the 7-inch radio it is available with Dual USB or USB-C + USB, and it does not include a reverse camera.
The usual middle choice. On the 7-inch radio the 4GB options include a reverse camera. On the 9-inch radio 4GB is sold with or without a camera.
The highest option we sell. Both radios include a reverse camera on the 6GB variants. Choose this if you want more working memory and storage.
On the 7-inch radio you can pick Dual USB or USB-C + USB. That is about the physical ports, not CarPlay. Phone linking is wireless on both radios.

USB or USB-C port options. Camera included with selected 4GB and 6GB variants.

Shop 9-inch CarPlay RadioCaddy 2K and Transporter T5 are the other commercial pages. A later Amarok is not listed.
CANBUS is included. Steering-wheel controls can work after the correct setting is selected. Factory off-road or camera systems are not promised.
Radio swap at the dash. If you ordered a camera, plan a pickup-length cable or use an auto electrician. The YouTube video does not show an Amarok.
The installation tutorial we share is a Golf Mk6 radio swap. It is not a film of a Amarok, so use it only as a general overview.
Read the Installation Guide. See other installs in our customer install gallery.
LJ Automotive is rated 4.4/5 from 20 reviews on Trustpilot. We do not invent ratings or testimonials.
Both radios support wireless Apple CarPlay and wireless Android Auto. You do not need a USB cable to connect your phone.
CANBUS is included. Steering-wheel controls can work after the correct setting is selected. Factory off-road or camera systems are not promised.
Not every option includes a camera. The aftermarket camera supplied with camera options is compatible with the radio it comes with.
We cannot guarantee that a factory reverse camera or parking sensors will work on the new radio. Fitting a camera may involve working with your car's wiring. If you are not confident, use a qualified mechanic or auto electrician.
Will it fit a 2017 Amarok?
Not on this listed window. Later interiors are different. Send a photo.
Does wireless Android Auto work?
Yes, on both radios.
Should I add a reverse camera?
Choose a camera variant if you want the aftermarket camera. A pickup tailgate makes this extra work.
Will steering-wheel buttons work?
They can on factory-equipped Amaroks once CANBUS is set.
Is this the same radio as a Golf?
Same product family, different cabin. The opening still has to match the photos.
Orders dispatch within 24–48 hours with tracked delivery. Fit still depends on your factory radio, dashboard and wiring.
