2GB RAM / 64GB
The entry option. On the 7-inch radio it is available with Dual USB or USB-C + USB, and it does not include a reverse camera.
Volkswagen 2008–2013CC / 35
The four-door CC, listed to 2013.
The Passat CC (2008–2013 on our chart) is the lower, four-door coupe version of the Passat. It is not a standard B6 or B7 saloon. Later cars badged simply “CC” after 2013 are outside this list. Photograph the low coupe dash before you treat the radio as a match.
Both radios include wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto and a CANBUS decoder. They replace the factory radio. They are not add-on modules.
CC owners bought the car for the look. A phone on a vent clip spoils that. A shaped 7-inch or 9-inch radio keeps the centre stack clean and adds wireless maps and music for long dual-carriageway runs.
These are the two existing LJ Automotive radios, not new products. RAM is working memory. More RAM generally helps the radio keep maps, music and other apps open together. We do not promise a specific speed or frame rate.
The entry option. On the 7-inch radio it is available with Dual USB or USB-C + USB, and it does not include a reverse camera.
The usual middle choice. On the 7-inch radio the 4GB options include a reverse camera. On the 9-inch radio 4GB is sold with or without a camera.
The highest option we sell. Both radios include a reverse camera on the 6GB variants. Choose this if you want more working memory and storage.
On the 7-inch radio you can pick Dual USB or USB-C + USB. That is about the physical ports, not CarPlay. Phone linking is wireless on both radios.

USB or USB-C port options. Camera included with selected 4GB and 6GB variants.

Shop 9-inch CarPlay RadioPassat B6 and B7 saloons are separate pages. A 2012 facelift CC still needs the same radio-shape check.
CANBUS is included. Steering-wheel controls can work after the correct setting is selected. Factory parking-steering features are not promised.
It is a radio swap in a Passat-family dash. The tutorial video is a Golf Mk6, not a CC. Take care with the CC’s different surround and do not force chrome trims.
The installation tutorial we share is a Golf Mk6 radio swap. It is not a film of a Passat CC, so use it only as a general overview.
Read the Installation Guide. See other installs in our customer install gallery.
LJ Automotive is rated 4.4/5 from 20 reviews on Trustpilot. We do not invent ratings or testimonials.
Both radios support wireless Apple CarPlay and wireless Android Auto. You do not need a USB cable to connect your phone.
CANBUS is included. Steering-wheel controls can work after the correct setting is selected. Factory parking-steering features are not promised.
Not every option includes a camera. The aftermarket camera supplied with camera options is compatible with the radio it comes with.
We cannot guarantee that a factory reverse camera or parking sensors will work on the new radio. Fitting a camera may involve working with your car's wiring. If you are not confident, use a qualified mechanic or auto electrician.
Is a CC the same as a Passat B6?
No. It shares a family but the body and dash details differ. Use this page and still compare the radio photo.
Does wireless CarPlay work?
Yes, on both radios.
Will steering-wheel buttons work?
They can on factory-equipped CCs once CANBUS is set.
Which screen size looks right?
9-inch fills the CC centre more; 7-inch stays closer to the original. Both need the same opening.
Is a reverse camera included?
Only on selected variants. The CC’s low rear window makes a camera useful, but it is not on every option.
Orders dispatch within 24–48 hours with tracked delivery. Fit still depends on your factory radio, dashboard and wiring.
